All MIDI File data sold on this website must be downloaded by the consumer.
No physical goods will be provided.

MCPS licensing does not permit server downloads from outside the UK.

BCK Products will attempt to provide telephone technical support on using MIDI File data downloaded from this website.

It is the responsibility of the consumer to ensure
compatibility of the MIDI File data with other equipment before an order is placed.

BCK Products cannot guarantee the accuracy of information.

All data on this website is copyright and intended for the sole use of the purchaser.
The copying and sharing of data is strictly prohibited and such practices are punishable by law.

Prices
Prices are quoted in sterling.
BCK Products reserves the right to effect changes at any time, and will not be liable for any errors that may occur.

Ordering and payment
Goods ordered on this website must be paid for at the time of ordering using a supported credit/debit card.
All credit card transactions are completed over a secure server using encryption software for total security.
All transactions are made through WorldPay and this will be shown on your credit card statement.

Refunds
Refunds will only be given at the discretion of the Company Management.
